Sunflower oil is obtained from the seeds of the sunflower plant and is very helpful in relieving skin irritations such as nappy rash and eczema. It is extremely rich in vitamins A, C, D and E and helps the skin retain moisture. It also provides the skin with a natural barrier against bacteria.
